Grays River

CLOSED TILL JUNE
Fly fishing the Grays River can be very good this time of year provided you can get access or have a boat to float this river.
The steelhead have appeared on this river and now should be an excellent time to fly fish.
The waters have receded and the steelhead should be in smaller poclets

OPEN FOR 2 STEELIES FROM MOUTH TO HWY 4 BRIDGE FROM 11/15/08 TILL
3/15/09 . PLEASE CONSULT THE GAME REGULATIONS FOR DETAILS.
The fishing on the grays river should be good after the waters recede
to more normal levels. Check river on Saturday to see levels. High and
murky at present .

Grays River - From mouth to Hwy. 4 Bridge opens to fishing for hatchery
steelhead beginning November 15. The mainstem from the Hwy. 4 Bridge to the
South Fork and the West Fork from the mouth to the hatchery intake/footbridge
will open to fishing for hatchery steelhead beginning December 15.
